The Dissolving Palm School for Internal Chinese Martial and Medical Arts.

The cultivation of energy (Qi) enhances our physical essence (Jing). How we utilize this power shapes our body and transforms the nature of our spirit (Shen). Jing, Qi, Shen are cultural treasures, pictured in the Chinese calligraphy above.

According to the classics, "Qi is the commander of blood, and blood is the mother of Qi". One promotes the other, and is intrinsically of the other; Yin and Yang.

With this orientation, the individual is defined by the energies progressing within and around the body. To affect change, we engage intent. Effort over time is key. Energy is made manifest. The differences felt in the body throughout the stages of development are extraordinary. Through dedication and training, learning and application, true martial spirit is gained.
